Resisting extremism in America, one phone call at a time.
Since its launch in mid-December 2016, Daily Action has exploded into a huge phenomenon, with over a quarter of a million subscribers. We make civic engagement easy and painless, with a single action every day—connecting citizens to their legislators with a quick swipe of their phones.

We have been featured in the Washington Post, NBC News, Cosmopolitan, Huffington Post, Vogue (and Teen Vogue too!), Fast Company, and many other outlets. Our calls have directly contributed to the reversal of the GOP’s decision to gut the Office of Congressional Ethics and the decision of Customs and Border protection to release the number of detainees it was holding under Trump’s travel ban. We placed a record number of calls to oppose Trump’s pick for Labor Secretary, who later withdrew his nomination, and even spurred the envy of Clarence Thomas’ wife. Perhaps most importantly, together we called Congress hundreds of thousands of times to protect health care.
To join the community, text the word DAILY to the number 228466 (A-C-T-I-O-N). Every morning, you’ll receive a text giving you a simple action to take. It might ask you to watch and share a really good video. Or to text a piece of news to five friends. It might link you to your senator, member of Congress, or another appropriate official for a phone call–one that you can make while you’re walking to the bus stop or brewing your coffee. With a tap of your finger, you can do your part to resist this latest age of extremism in America.
